MFT Wed Sketch Challenge #364

Ready for this week's Wednesday Sketch Challenge? Meet Sketch #364.

And meet my take on it. A little off the beaten path but I had some extra
flowers and leaves and decided to put them to use.

The flower and leaf outline images were stamped on Bristol paper, colored in with
Zig markers and fussy cut. A piece of Cement Gray card stock was cut with the
wonky stitched square and the flowers and leaves were adhered to it.

A strip of Cement Gray card stock was adhered to a Stone Gray card base and
the floral piece was popped up over it. The sentiment finished off the card.

Visit the Card Challenges blog for all the details on how you could win a
$50 MFT gift voucher as the random winner of the challenge!
Hope to see you in the gallery!

  2. Oh, I LOVE this card, Donna! It's a fabulous take on the sketch and a sweet and elegant color combination! Your Zig coloring is amazing - darker shades, lighter highlights, and uncolored white space. You make it look so easy, but I know it's not. (I always color too much and too long especially with Zig markers...) Hideko
