CAS(E) this Sketch #313 is a retro one from our leader, Chrissy/
Here's what I came up with in 2016.
And here's my simplified 2019 take.
I cut a piece of alcohol ink background diagonally and adhered it to a
card base. A little snowboarding dude was adhered to the slope and the
sentiment was cut apart, then stamped on the card.
In hindsight, I should have added the colorful panel to the top portion
of the card and let the negative space be the "snow". Instead he looks like
a little surfer on some gnarly waves.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous blue/green AI snow waves, Donna! I like the colorful panel being at the bottom half as it it. The sentiment and the penguin surfer stand out better and the balance is perfect!
