MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #393

It's time for a new Wednesday Sketch Challenge. Here's Sketch #393.

And here's my liberal take on it.

The New York skyline was quickly colored in rainbow order with Zig markers and
a water brush. The sentiment was stamped on a strip of white card stock and popped up
in the center of the card and the skyline was popped up over it.
