CAS(E) this Sketch #281

Here's this week's CAS(E) this Sketch #281, brought to you by N@ Ali.

And here's my take on it--a one layer number!

I started by stamping the sentiment and stamped the three fish around it. The
fish were colored with Copic markers and highlights were added with a white
Gel pen. As a finishing touch--and it doesn't show up too well--I added bubbles
with Nuvo Crystal Glaze, and rounded off the bottom corners of the card.
