And here's my take on it.
The dotted and striped patterned papers were adhered to kraft card stock and
cut with the rectangle element from Blueprints 24 and an oval die. The panel was

The little girl and bird were stamped on kraft card stock and colored with
Prismacolor pencils, then popped up in the center of the frame.
I finished off the card with the white embossed sentiment.
