Hello Blooms and Decor & More

Today is the My Favorite Things New Product Launch! All stamps, dies, and stencils
are now available for purchase here in the MFT Store. And be sure to visit
each of the design team members in the New Product Launch post and comment to win
one of two $100 Gift Vouchers! The more you comment, the better your chances of winning!

My card showcases BUILDABLE BLOOMS, and I love that the set comes with matching dies.
The background was created with the new MYRIAD DOT BACKGROUND--a versatile stamp
that's quickly becoming a fave. I clear embossed the stamp and ink distressed it with
SOUR APPLE and GUMDROP GREEN dye inks in ombré fashion.

The blooms were stamped on both white and colored card stock and diecut with its
matching die. I diecut the sentiment three times from green card stock and layered
them to chipboard thickness. All the pieces were adhered to the dot background,
using both glue and dimensional tape.

I'm also sharing a project that I made with the new DECOR & MORE DIE-NAMICS--
a fun "personalized" magnet that's now stuck to my refrigerator.

I die cut the D from watercolor paper, and ink distressed and water spattered it,
then layered two more D's to give it some heft. I added a few blooms and leaves
and enamel dots and attached a magnet to the back.

I think this project would make a great teacher's gift or maybe adhered
to the cover of a journal. The possibilities are endless!

So there you have it, the May Release is now live in the MFT shop! You have until
Thursday, May 7th to leave a comment on this post, and the rest of the team's blog posts
and the winner will be announced at a later date on the MFT blog.

Thanks so much for stopping by during the Release Countdown, and happy shopping!
