Here's the sketch from yours truly.
And here's my take on it.
Two champagne glasses were made from cream and gold glitter card stock
and adhered to a white card base. The sentiment was gold embossed on a
strip of vellum and wrapped around the card. Clear "bubbles" were adhered
on the card as a finishing touch.

Very elegant and festive, Donna! Love the gold heat-embossed sentiment on the wide strip of vellum. The clear bubbles are a really nice finishing touch!
