Here's CAS(E) this Sketch #202 and it's a three weeker, which means
you have three weeks to link up your card(s) and we'll all have time
to enjoy the holidays!
Meet this week's sketch, compliments of our teammate Leigh.
And here's what I came up with.
I white embossed a flurry of snowflakes on watercolor card stock, then ink
distressed with several colors of Distress inks. I spattered both water and
white paint on the surface, and added the sentiment. The panel was cut with
the rectangle element from Blueprints 24 and adhered to a white card base.
We hope you'll join the challenge and link up your card(s) by
Thursday, January 5th, and hope to see you in the gallery!
Donna - This is such a wonderful card with a gorgeous technique. I love the depth of these blues and how the white snowflakes pop against the backdrop. I'm so glad to be a part of this week's challenge. Thanks for including me.
ReplyDeleteGive me blue skies, and this would look just like home to me, Donna!!! Fabulous!

Looks like great minds think alike with our cards, Donna! I love the ink blending on yours -- beautiful!
ReplyDeleteOh how pretty!! I love the ombre look of these pretty snowflakes!!
ReplyDeleteThis is so beautiful Donna, I think I might actually like snowflakes after all! (As long as they're on a card and not in my drive way, I mean)!
