ABNH Kraft Challenge
Challenge #10 at A Blog Named Hero is to use kraft on your project. I love kraft cardstock. Often times I'll reach for it instead of white, and I love how colors--even white--just pop against a kraft background.
I white embossed the Large Open Flower and ink distressed with several colors of Distress inks. I did my best fussy cutting and mounted it to a kraft card base. The sentiment was also white embossed and the edges of the banner and the card were sponged with white ink to make it stand out a bit more.
I loosely followed one of the sketches for this month's challenge at Hero Arts. Some pearls were added to the flower, and I rounded off one corner for a bit of interest.
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you're having a great week!
