Fast forward to 2020 and I have another congratulatory card.
The sentiment was inked in rainbow colors then stacked on top of three
more die cut words. As luck would have it I found a woodgrain embossed
card base in my stash. I adhered the sentiment then finished off with
some clear flat sequins.

The texture of the Woodgrain background, the gorgeous rainbow-colors of the die-cut sentiment, and the shine form the clear sequins. What else do you need? This is fabulous, Donna! I love this card!
