CAS(E) this Sketch #373

CAS(E) this Sketch #373 is a little ditty from me and it looks like this.

And here's what I came up with thanks to some ModaScrap papers.

I only wish that I could watercolor but since I can't, it's patterned paper to
the rescue. I cut a piece and ink distressed the edges lightly before adhering
it to a white card base. I added a scrap piece of lavender card stock and
finished off with the stamped sentiment.

We hope you'll find some time to play along with us and keep your creative
juices flowing. Visit CAS(E) this Sketch to see how the rest of the team
interpreted the sketch and we hope to see you in the gallery.
The deadline to enter is Thursday, May 28th.

  4. I love this card, Donna and if you hadn't said anything I would've thought that you painted those flowers!! What a great idea to ink the edges to soften the PP.

  5. You have great taste in choosing pattern paper, Donna. This reminds me of Altenew Painted Fantasy Washi tape.
The edged lavender strip puts everything together.
