And here's my take on it. I used the Heart Trio Shaker Window Die-namics and
turned the sketch to landscape format.
The heart trio was cut twice from watercolor card stock and ink distressed, then
spattered with water. The hearts were inked and popped back in their respective spaces.

Strips of striped patterned paper were adhered to the top and bottom of a white card
base. The ink piece was trimmed on the top and bottom and adhered to the card. The
sentiment was stamped on the card and finished off with clear sequins.

ReplyDeleteOh, my! You got me, Donna! I was guessing that you would use critter windows, but you used hearts! What a fresh idea! I love it. The pink and purple inking and ink-distressing are simply beautiful! The spatters and the gel pen highlights are a perfect finishing touch.
