Today's the day! You may now purchase My Favorite Things June Card Kit,
Make a Wish, in the MFT Store!
I have one more card to share using this fun kit and of course, I had to use
one of my favorite coloring techniques--ink distressing.
card stock, and the flames were embossed separately to get them as close
together as possible. A combination of Distress and MFT's dye inks were
blended over the embossed images, then spattered with water.
I adhered a strip of diagonal stripes on the card base, and trimmed the panel to fit.
The card was finished off with some clear sequins.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous card! I really need to try that technique, it adds so much dimension without adding layers! I'd love to know how you adhere clear sequins without any adhesive showing? Thanks!
