Here's my take on it back in 2015.
Now meet the 2020 version with a trendy rainbow theme.
I used Taylor Expressions' Over the Rainbow Masking Stencils and inked two
colors per arch, then stamped designs with the Over the Rainbow stamp set in
coordinating colors. The stamped sentiment finished off the card.
