Meet Miyoko

Today is Day 3 of Sister Stamps' First Birthday Blog Hop and you've probably arrived here by way of Nadine's blog. If not, you'll want to start at Sister Stamps so you won't miss a single blog.

I'd like to introduce you to Miyoko, a cutie who's carrying a little celebratory cupcake. I've made a little tag with Miyoko. You can attach her to a gift or adhere it to a card base for a quick last minute card.

I colored her with Copics and added some Stickles to the cupcake. A chevron pattern was stamped with white ink on the bottom of the tag to "ground" Miyoko and a bit of matching hand dyed seam binding was tied on top.

Making the Miyoko tag was quick and fun, so I made a matching one with Mariko, who was featured earlier this week. I love that the new images are so easy to trim. It made fussy cutting a breeze--even for someone as scissors challenged as me.

All the images from this release will go on sale July 1st. Check the sidebar on the Sister Stamps blog for a retail source near you.

I have one more project to share with you tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you're enjoying the hop! Now hop over to Kris' blog to see what she's created.
