Color Me a Hero


Challenge #5 at A Blog Named Hero is a color challenge based on their logo. As I was cleaning up and trying to organize some of my older stamps, I came across Hero Arts Patterned Butterflies.


I don't remember ever inking them up, and I should have entered Challenge #4 which was to ink up some older (neglected) Hero Arts stamps. But that deadline came and passed so I decided to enter the color challenge.

I used Hero Arts' Mid Tone ink, Memento ink, and Distress ink to ink up each of the butterflies. The sentiment is an oldie and has long been discontinued, and I like how it fits in the quadrant.

    Gorgeous card Donna! Hasn't Hero Arts produced some lovely stamps over the years? I was organising some older stamps recently and couldn't understand why I'd left them uninked for so long. Have a happy day, Jo x
