Happy Everything

Paper Smooches Challenge theme for the second half of the month is
HAPPY THINGS.

https://papersmooches.blogspot.com/2020/04/april-15-28-happy-challenge.html

I'm usually too lazy to color and resort to ink distressing which is fast and
forgiving. But I decided to pull out Paper Smooches Posh Planters set after a
friend sent me a card using one of the images. (Thanks, June!)

Coloring was so therapeutic! I started off with Copic markers then added more
shading with Prismacolor pencils. I stamped an older Paper Smooches
sentiment, added the planter and finished off with a strip of striped
patterned paper and some sequins.

I've been trying to "stay happy" by watching animal videos on You Tube.
One of my newly discovered channels is Kotaro and Hana, a pair of otters--
yes, otters!--who live in Japan. Makes me want to own an otter and since
they're not allowed in the US, I'd have to move to Japan.
That would make me happy, too,

 Thanks for stopping by!

  4. I know I won't be the first to say 'you should color every day' Donna... you're SO good at it! LOve this happy little cup of cheer, with your signature stripes!!
Otters are among my fave at any of the many Zoos Tom and I have visited. They just seem like they're happy ALL the time - sure would perk up anyone's day to watch Kotora and Hana!
