Chrissy brings us CAS(E) this Sketch #285 and it looks like this.
Here's my take on it--an "all dies" card.
I die cut three shapes, ink distressed them and spattered them with water.
HUGS was die cut into the largest shape, the spaces filled in with the
respective letters using Stone Gray card stock. Sequins finished off the card.

ReplyDeleteFabulous take on the sketch, Donna! Your color palette is so pretty and I love your inlaid sentiment! I just bought the 'Mod Rectangle' dies, and you've inspired me to take them out for a play...Thanks :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful take on the sketch, Donna!

ReplyDeleteGreat take on the sketch. I like your in-laid "hugs."
ReplyDeleteBTW Donna, I had no problem with posting my comment just now.
ReplyDeleteDonna, I love the simplicity of this card design as well as the lovely soft coloring. The simple sentiment says it all...hugs to you! tfs
ReplyDeleteLove the sponged layers, the colors light and happy. Fun shapes for this sketch!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely take on the sketch, Donna! Love the combination of the simple die-cuts and the pretty colors you use (including the card base)! The way you ink-distressed makes the die-cuts look 3D and the clear sequins are the perfect finishing touch! Hideko xx
