CAS(E) this Sketch #283

CAS(E) this Sketch #283 is a little somethin' from me and it looks like this.

And here's my simplified take on it. I saw a Polaroid. Sort of.

The rose background was gold embossed and colored with Peerless watercolors
and a water brush. I trimmed the piece to fit a white rectangle that resembled
the frame of a Polaroid. The sentiment was gold embossed and the piece was
popped up on a Grout Gray card base over some die cut leaves.

Not very CAS but I did manage to turn it into a wedding card for a
dear friend's daughter.

  3. Wow, this is so beautiful and elegant, Donna! Love the colors and the shades of the watercolor paints with gold embossing! Grout Gray makes the card looks so classy.
I think the card is very CAS - lots of "gray' white space and the cohesive design. Hideko xx
