MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #376

And here's my take on it.

A woodgrain pattern was stamped on a strip of Latté card stock and adhered
to a Primitive Cream card base. Per the sketch, I added a strip of diagonal
striped paper. The owl was colored with Copics and fussy cut, then perched
on a circle of brown card stock.

I popped up the owl and added the white embossed sentiment. I added more
details to the owl with a black pen and white pigment pen. The card was
finished off with a sprinkling of hearts.

Visit the Card Challenges blog for all the details on how you could be the
random winner of the challenge and win a $50 MFT voucher!
Hope to see you in the gallery!

  2. Love the combination of the organic woodgrain panel and the modern stripe strip, Donna! The pink and red little hearts pop against the neutral color background and they're perfect for the punny sentiment. :-D Hideko xx
