And so it begins....Today is Day 5 of My Favorite Things New Release Countdown
and my first official post as a member of the design team! I can't wait to share the release
with you and you'd better save your pennies, because it's a great one!
My card uses the new TERRIFIC TIES stamp set and it comes with a variety of ties,
but I decided to work with the bowties because I believe they're making
a comeback in the fashion world. You too?
a comeback in the fashion world. You too?
So how fun is this? And you gotta love some neon bowties, right?
I stamped each of the bowties on colored cardstock in Versamark ink, then
clear embossed them. I love how it brings out the details and adds a bit of texture, too.
I stamped the spiffy sentiment on a banner and attached everything to a panel
cut with the new CROSS STITCH RECTANGLE STAX. I love the cross stitch detail!

ReplyDeleteWelcome, Donna!!! And what a premier card it is! You know I love nothing more than grey... gorgeous with those neon bow-ties!!! *sigh* sadly, I spent way too many pennies at another grand opening this week... but that $75 win would put a nice little dent in my wish list, me thinks...
