The die appears to be a crosswise cut of a nautilus shell. I amped up the colors
after seeing this print on Pinterest. After assembling the die cut pieces, I adhered it
to an embossed and spattered card base, then finished off with a gold embossed
sentiment and a sprinkling of gold sequins .

ReplyDeleteWow, amazing nautilus shell, Donna! The die-cut itself is intricate and beautiful, but your ink-distressing and spattering make the shell exquisite! The fine lines of the dry embossing and the gold elements here and there are just perfect to highlight the beauty of the shell.
