MFT April Birthday Project--Cheers to Another Year

It's time to celebrate another trip around the sun with a favorite beverage.
Coffee or tea for a birthday brunch, or maybe cocktails or wine for a night on the town.
For this month's challenge, create a birthday card that includes the drink of your choice.

My beverage would be coffee--iced if possible--and of course, shared with friends.

I used the Coffee Cup Die-namics and cut the cups from white card stock and
the lids and sleeves from alcohol ink scraps. Before I assembled the cups I ran
the sleeves through a paper crimper.

A card base was made with Grout Gray card stock that was stamped with
small coffee cups. The cups were adhered to the card, and the sentiments were
stamped above and below them. Sequins finished off the card.

Join the Birthday Project Challenge and you could be the random winner of a
$50 MFT gift voucher! Get all the details and deadline at the MFT blog and we
hope to see you in the gallery. Cheers!

  3. I love coffee and I would love it more if it were in this pretty cup, Donna! The AI lids and sleeves are just beautiful. The small coffee cup stamping in the background and the sequin are perfect for creating fun feelings. Love that you added the corrugation to the sleeves.
