MFT January 2017 Release Countdown--Day 1



It's one more sleep until My Favorite Things January Release!
Do you have your growing shopping list ready?

Today I'm sharing a card featuring the Hugs Die-namics that was the "free with $60" die
 with an earlier Card Kit purchase.


The new Chevron Segments Cover Up was embossed and the HUGS was die cut
from the center. HUGS was die cut from Razzle Berry card stock and I ink distressed
red ink on the bottom half of the sentiment for an ombré effect.


I placed sticky tape behind the negative spaces and popped the letters in the respective
spaces. The panel was adhered to a card base and I added the sweet little otter and sequins.

    Absolutely adorable card, Donna! I love the chevron background and how you created the ombre effect with the alphas, too! There goes my budget :)

    A simply wonderful combination- the background die sets the stage for Big Red Hugs, and an amazingly colored otter!
