It's time for My Favorite Things August Release Replay, when the Creative Team
shares fresh takes and new ideas with the latest release.
I spied some Action Wobble Springs in the MFT Store, and thought it would be
fun to make the little Pure Innocence Hula Hoop girl do a bit of shakin'.
I started out by coloring her with Copics and used the matching dies to cut
her out. A panel was cut with the rectangle element from Blueprints 24 and
ink distressed with several Distress inks, then spattered with water. Some
grass was colored in with Copic markers to ground her.
Before adding the wobbler to the back of the little girl, I had to trim a bit of
the element so it wouldn't show. Thankfully, her arms are spread out, and
the hula hoop helps to hide the element from view. Here's a link to see
her in action.
Action Wobble Springs are a fun way to add some movement to your card
and give your recipient some interactive play!
