MFT August Release Countdown--Day 5

Are you ready for My Favorite Things August Release Countdown?
This month there's something for everyone with a mix of summertime 

fun and Halloween goodness. Let's start off with Day 5 of the countdown.

It's not too early to start on Halloween projects, and Spooky Sweets can be

used to decorate treat bags, notes, or Halloween cards.
 

I chose to make a simple Halloween card with some fun jack-o'-lanterns.
Gravel Gray card stock was first stamped with a new background stamp that
will make its debut in a few days. You're getting a sneak peek at Whimsical Waves,
a versatile background design that has become a new favorite.

Three pumpkins were inked with dye inks and die cut with the coordinating dies.
The faces were "carved" with dies and they were adhered to the card base with
dimensional foam adhesive. The sentiment was white embossed and a strip of
striped paper was adhered on the bottom. I finished off the card with my favorite
Sparkling Clear Sequins.
