MFT + Xyron®

This week there's a crafty collaboration between My Favorite Things and Xyron®
with project inspiration from both companies using MFT and Xyron® products.

The good folks at Xyron® generously allowed us to play with goodies of our choice.
I chose to use the Mega Runner, a compact "gun" type dispenser that's neat and tidy
because it dispenses little dots of glue so there's no stringy mess. And Xyron®
managed to put 100 feet of adhesive into a dispenser that's comfy to hold, too.

Here's my project that put the Mega Runner to the test.

I stamped the Roses All Over Background on watercolor paper with Versamark,
and white embossed the design. The roses were ink distressed, then the panel
was die cut with the Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics.

After adhering the outer frame to a card base, the center panel was popped up
with fun foam and pieced into the frame. The Mega Runner handled the job beautifully
and securely. The hybrid sentiment was added and the card was finished off
with a few sequins.

A big plus with the Mega Runner are the refills, and there's no complicated
threading that you have to deal with. Just open the dispenser and pop in the refill.
Easy peasy so you can finish your projects quickly, too.

Stop by the Xyron® Facebook page to see their designers' projects, and
also visit My Favorite Things for today's Xyron® inspiration.
