Sentimental Birds

Hello, hello! Whew! This past week was a whirlwind of blog hops, and I want to thank you for hopping along and leaving your kind comments on my Hero Arts, Sweet Stamp Shop, and Tiffany Doodles posts.

Today I'd like to share a card made with one of Sweet Stamp Shop's newest releases--Sentimental Birds.


I clear embossed the rows of birds and ink distressed them with Scattered Straw, Rusty Hinge, and Victorian Velvet distress inks to give the appearance of a sunset. I flicked some water on the piece and stamped the sentiment. The piece was mounted on a square cardstock and the card was done. So quick and easy!
