Here's my card using three stamps from the new 2013 Hero Arts catalog.

Can you spot them?

I LOVE ink distressing and that's the first thing I thought of doing
when I saw the True Friendship stamp.

I heat embossed the image and ink distressed with Wild Honey
and Picked Raspberry distress inks.

The image was trimmed and mounted to a card base stamped with the new

Pinstripes. Two pieces of "faux" washi tape from Tape Your Message are
taping down the panel to the background. I love that you can create
your own washi tape in custom colors to match your card.

My second card is a quick one using the chalkboard technique.
After white embossing the True Friendship image, I reinked the stamp
in white ink and offset the image a bit. Lastly, I added a pop of color
with a puffy pink heart sticker.

Are You Ready?

Something exciting is happening next week, and I hope you'll be a part of it! 

Get ready for five days of blog hopping with Hero Arts Hostesses sharing
all new stamps from the 2013 catalog with giveaways galore!

Here's a card made with one of the new clear sets called Thanks a Bunch.

I stamped mostly all the sentiments in different mid tone inks and adhered it
to a Pool notecard that was stamped with the new Pinstripes cling background
in Soft Pool shadow ink.

To fill in the spaces between the sentiments, I stamped a small flower
from an older Hero Arts set.

The fun starts on Monday at the Hero Arts blog.
