Here's how I was inspired.
I put together leaves, berries, and branches, and adhered them to an embossed circle.
A dark green card base was embossed with tiny dots and the circle was adhered
card per the sketch.

Beautiful card with that lovely arrangement of berries and branches and placing them on the white embossed circle against that lovely dark green embossed background makes it perfect. A wonderful card.
