CAS(E) this Sketch #381

Teammie Brian brings us this week's CAS(E) this Sketch #381, a sketch
with TONS of interpretations. We'd love to see yours! First, meet the sketch.

Here's what I came up with.

Yep, I used the Altenew washi tape AGAIN, but this time adhered it to
light pink card stock for a different look. I also discovered my stash of
embossing folders that were long neglected.

I adhered the washi panel and white embossed the sentiment on pink card
stock then added some shading on the bottom for an ombré look. Sequins
finished off the card.

Visit CAS(E) this Sketch to see how the rest of the team interpreted Brian's
sketch and join us if you can. Link up your card(s) by Thursday, July 23rd.
As the weekly winner you'll be invited to join us on a future sketch,

  1. Your embossing folder called my embossing folders to report how happy it was to play today! and then my embossing folders asked why they didn't have a cute brother/sister like Donna's, huh? lol
    So pretty!

  2. Like what you did with the washi tape as well as the ombre look you gave to your sentiment strip. The embossing panel adds just the right dimension to your overall design. Is there somewhere I can order that embossing folder, Donna? I like the look it creates. tfs-stay well.

  3. Thank you for showing us another wonderful way of using the Painted Fantasy washi tape, Donna! This is so pretty and the dry embossed background is so unique and interesting! (perfect for the sketch too!)
