I decided to go with a single balloon with the help of Blueprints 26. I love that you
can make the balloon as small or as large as you like, depending on the placement
of the die. And of course, it had to be ink distressed.
After die cutting a good sized balloon, I ink distressed it with several shades of
blue inks and spritzed water. The balloon was adhered to a Stone Gray card base,
and I inserted the balloon string and adhered the bow. Using the Misti, I stamped

the sentiment twice over the string, then added the birthday chick and sequins.
