MFT March Release Replay

It's time for MFT's March Release Replay! The design team is ready to bring you
more ideas and inspiration with products from our latest release.

Today I'm sharing a project that involves stamping on wood slices, and coloring
the images with Prismacolor pencils. I love the organic look of wood stamping,
and Sweet Succulents was the perfect set to play with.

I was inspired after watching Jennifer McGuire's how to video here. I stamped
the images with Black Licorice Hybrid ink, let them dry for a few minutes,
then colored them in.

You have to use a bit of pressure to get the vibrant colors to come through
on the wood and use good quality pencils for best results. You could attach these
to a card, or drill a hole and thread some twine through for a gift tag. I adhered
some strong magnets in the back and stuck them on my fridge.

Visit the MFT blog for more inspiration from the participating designers.
Thanks for stopping by!
