Yep, I'm still playing with Peerless Watercolors. I just love the vibrancy of the colors!
If you look closely, the feathers are inlaid and form one single piece.
I dabbed some colors on each feather and spattered the card with dark ink.

Hi Paula! You're going to die cut 5 feathers. First die cut the middle feather (whole) then place the adjoining feather die on each side and die cut. Continue inlaying the dies, then "puzzle piece" the feathers in the spaces you created. Hope that makes sense!
