Welcome to Lily Pad Cards' First Birthday blog hop! 

I hope you arrived here by way of Carol's blog. There are over 50 participating blogs with lots of inspiration and fabulous prizes, and you have a week to visit and leave your comments.

Here's my birthday card for today's hop.


I used Hero Arts' new Lattice Background stamp and ink distressed it with Gathered Twigs distress ink. I used Spellbinders Large Circle and Scallop Circle dies and made a simple circle card. Some felt roses and leaves were added, and the sentiment is from an older Hero Arts stamp set.

    I love this! The card itself looks like a big sunflower. The little felt flowers mimic the big flower nicely and the colors are gorgeous. Beautiful card! :)
