I had several ideas for the circular element and decided on a wreath. Plus it
was already made and in the packaging with the die.
I adhered them to a top folding card base and finished off with the script sentiment.

Donna, your sassy sparkle-y paper over that strip of stripes is such a lovely place for your wonderful wreath! LOve the neutral! and everyone would love to have such good stuff fall out of our packaging! SO good!
