MFT Jungle Friends Card Kit Release

You can now purchase My Favorite Things April Card Kit--Jungle Friends--
in the MFT Store! It's such a fun and versatile kit, and I wanted to share
another project using the whimsical animal dies.

I cut the elephant out of Cement Gray card stock and added some shading
with the same color of ink. White highlights were added with a pigment pen.
I masked off a rectangle with Post It tape on watercolor card stock,
and ink distressed with several colors of Distress inks, then cut it with
the rectangle element from Blueprints 24.

I added some texture to the bottom of the panel with the Stitched Lines
Die-namics and adhered it to a Cement Gray card base. The grass bundles
were cut from printed paper and solid card stock and adhered to the panel,
using the lines as a guide. I popped up the elephant and added a sprinkling
of small pink hearts.

Don't forget to comment on all the participating designers' blogs for your chance
to win a $50 Gift Voucher to the MFT Store! Have tons of fun, pun intended,
with this new Card Kit, and snag yours before it's gone!
