is the ever popular ANYTHING GOES. We are showcasing Technique Tuesday
products and you don't have to use them to join the challenge, but feel free to
if you have them.
For my project, I decided to go "cute" with Technique Tuesday's
Bird Friends.
Since the images are small, I chose to create an A1 sized card. I inked a
woodgrain card with Distress inks and flicked water and white paint over it,
then cut it with a stitched rectangle die after it was dried.
The birds were stamped and colored with Copics and I fussy cut them out.
Gasp! I know, right? Scissors challenged me! I promise that no birds were
harmed during the process.
I adhered the panel to a top folding cream card base, then added a strip of
green striped paper to ground the birds. The sentiment was white embossed
and both birds and the sentiment were popped up with dimensional adhesive.
The card was finished off with enamel dots.
Link up your new projects for the challenge, and remember that the prize
is a $50 gift voucher to the Simon Says Stamp store!
This is my last post in the Designer Spotlight, and I'd like to thank Lols and
the rest of the Wednesday Challenge DT for having me. It's been a fun ride!
