Tuesday Trigger: In Transition

I'm entering Moxie Fab World's Tuesday Trigger just under the wire.

I took advantage of the two week deadline and found a PTI stamp set

that I bought a while ago but never inked up. Until now.

Here's the Trigger.
 

And here's my card.

 

 

I focused on the stripes and overlapping colors. Banners speak "celebration"

so I chose the sentiment from Fresh Squeezed Stamps

and finished off the card with some sequins.
 

I'm pretty happy with how this turned out. And I do love a two week Trigger!

CAS(E) this Sketch 46

Here's Sketch #46 from former teammate, Karolyn Loncon.

And here's my take on it.

I was going for a chalkboard effect and white embossed the Avery Elle frame
and fun sentiment then added some sponging of white pigment ink
for the "chalky" look.

Avery Elle's Happy Camper

Today I'm sharing a card using Avery Elle's Happy Camper, 

a delightful set with a camping theme, woodland critters and fun sentiments.

Here's my card.

I created a little scene from the sky to the lake and a forest in between.

I popped up the adorable fox and canoe, and couldn't resist

adding the punny sentiment in a speech bubble die.

I admit to being "embellishment challenged" but couldn't resist using

Yep, a wood veneer frame, fabric brad, and metal flower.

but I jazzed it up with a striped fabric brad.
