It's the final day until My Favorite Things February Release! All new products
will go on sale tomorrow, February 6th at 9PM EST in the MFT Store!
Today I'm sharing a card using Furever Friends which was part of a recent Card
Kit that quickly sold out. I've paired the pup with Critter Condolences for a pet
sympathy card.
I sponged the brick stencil over a Latté card base with white pigment ink
The new Single Stitch Line Tag-Corner Square Frame was cut twice--first from
Latté card stock, and then from watercolor card stock. A cloudy sky was stenciled
on the watercolor piece and grass was added on the bottom, then popped into
the frame. Blades of grass were added with Copic markers.
The pup was stamped, colored with Copics, and cut with the matching Die-namics.
I popped him up over the grass and added a few butterflies. The card was finished
off with the sweet sentiment.

Adorable card, Donna! I love how you framed this sweet pup and your brick wall is awesome! White pigment ink on Kraft adds so much texture and I love it!
ReplyDeleteI love the floppy ears.
ReplyDeleteI love everything about your card - beautifully coloured and framed. The butterflies add a sweet touch!
ReplyDeleteI love the way you colored the sky and the grass, and stenciled the brick - very soft and perfect for a pet sympathy card. The smiling dog and the little butterflies will cheer up the card receiver. Hideko :-)
