Avery Elle Let It Snow

Today I'm sharing a card made with Avery Elle's LET IT SNOW.

 

The trees were white embossed and the birds were colored and fussy cut
then mounted on the branch. I stamped a flurry of snow in the background
then used the sentiment from WRITTEN IN THE STARS to finish the card.

Simon Says THANKS

Entering my card in Simon Says Stamps' Wednesday Challenge--THANKS or
THANKSGIVING--since I had a ton of extra leaves scattered nearby.
 

I used the same design as my card for Cath but substituted leaves for feathers.

The patterned panel is Hero Arts' Tweed Background and the sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp.
The Lawn Fawn leaves were inked, distressed and splattered with white paint.

The label is from Papertrey Ink and the sentiment is Paper Smooches.

I stamped a dotty background on the label and added a bit of faux stitching.

Clean and Simple With Kelly Purkey

I'm playing in Simon Says Stamp's Wednesday Challenge--

Keep It Clean and Simple and use Kelly Purkey products if you have them.
Here's my card.

 

I paired an inked feather with that crazy cool sentiment on a bokeh background.
It's hard to tell, but I inked the tip of the feather with some Delicata Gold ink.

Avery Elle Simply Tags: Christmas

My super talented teammate, Nina, created another set in her Simply Tags series.

This time, the focus is on Christmas. Here are my projects.

I white embossed the little snowflake and ink distressed with two Distress inks.

The die cut circle was turned into an ornament with the ornament topper

die cut from gold foil cardstock, and "hung" with gold thread.

I also made a gift tag, using another small icon in the set and 

ink distressed in a non traditional color.

The gold embossed sentiments for both projects are from Simply Tags.

Moxie Fab Thanks

Welcome to perhaps the biggest blog hop in blog hop history for our very special friend,

My card is an homage to the feathery boa and the gal who wore it so well.

so I couldn't go without making a card for Cath that uses them, too.

You are a gem, Cath! And you know how much you're loved for all that you did
by creating Moxie Fab World and making it the awesome sanctuary
