MFT March Card Kit Release Day

Today's the day! You can now purchase My Favorite Things March Card Kit--
Warm & Fuzzy Friends--in the MFT Store!

Before you go, I'd like to share one more card using the new kit. I couldn't resist
pairing the adorable hedgehog with a cactus plant from Sweet Succulents.

This inked panel was in my pile of backgrounds that I created by ink distressing
two colors of Distress inks and flicking the panel with water. The panel was cut
with Wonky Stitched Rectangles STAX.

I die cut two of the planters from watercolor card stock and inked them with
Distress inks. The cactus was gold embossed and colored with Peerless
watercolors. The little hedgie was stamped with Chocolate Brown hybrid ink,
colored with Copics and fussy cut.

The sentiment was white embossed on a strip of black card stock and trimmed
to a banner, then stapled to the edge of the panel. The cactus, hedgie, and
planter pots were adhered to the panel with dimensional adhesive and
the panel was adhered to a top folding Biscotti card base. Doesn't he look
comfy cozy in the planter?

Visit the MFT blog for more card kit inspiration from the participating
designers and snag your kit today. Thanks so much for stopping by!
