12 Tags of Christmas With a Feminine Twist

Since 2014 seems to be Year of the Tag for me, I'm joining Ellen Hutson's
My inspiration? Dawn Woleslagle's tag on Day 8.

Dawn is known for her amazing watercoloring so I was pleasantly surprised
to see her share a layered tag. Here's my take on her tag.

I was inspired by the black and gold and added a bit of pink to keep it ultra feminine.
I love the pink/gold combo and black is the perfect accent--even as stars!

Hoping to squeeze in another tag before the December 16th deadline.
I loved seeing the different tag styles from the guest designers--so inspiring!

Thanks for stopping by today!

  11. Popped over from ellen's blog- I LOVE your interpretation. I have to admit I wasn't that excited about most of the tags this year- I keep saying that everyone is blogging the same stuff and when I see at least two f the dies were used in multiple tags it just adds fuel to my fire. This tag thought I LOVE. That striped background is awesome and adding so much texture. I love how you managed to add a lot of texture but didn't use the layers of paper....very clever my dear. Adding a fair amount of white and black was crucial to the design and you saw that. I LOVE the pink and your sentiment and the related texture is pure fun.
