Seize the Sketch #19

I'm playing with Seize the Sketch #19.

The chalkboard trend is still going strong. Just ask bloggie friend Amy Tsuruta.
You can check out her chalky goodness here.

I used the sentiment and stars from Mama Elephant and gave it a chalky look
by rubbing random spots with white pigment ink and I added some wonky stitching
around the edges. The banner was inked with PTI dye inks and the glossy stars
are from a Studio Calico card kit.

And because "stitching" was involved, I'm also linking this to
Virginia's View Challenge #3--Stitching. I'm totally in love with my white pigment pen.

Thanks so much for stopping by today, and thanks, Amy, for the inspiration!
